Every hoodie is sewn to order, so there's a day or two of making before it ships. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves. The product page shows a live delivery estimate with real dates before you check out.

If a package looks stuck, reply to your shipping email and we'll chase it.

Returns & exchanges

30 days from delivery. Wrong size, arrived damaged, or it just isn't what you pictured — email us and it's an exchange or a full refund, your call. No forms, no restocking fee.

Please send it back unworn and unwashed, hood and pouch intact.
